LET'S PRACTICE TOGETHER

Classes are small group sessions where I can support individuals throughout. 

Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided, but please feel free to bring your own!

All of my classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience on the mat. Mondays and Thursdays are Hatha Yoga, where we develop specific postures for their mind and body benefits. I ask you to arrive a few minutes early in case you have any questions or injuries you'd like to discuss.

I also provide 1:1 and 1:2 sessions for those seeking to develop a more personalised practice, or focus on specific aspects of their practice such as supporting recovery from an injury, pre-/postnatal sessions, or gaining confidence before joining a class.

Roadside parking at the museum is available, but it can get very busy in this area so you may need to park nearby and take a short walk to the venue.
